Orly Airport on a shoestring 2008
8 years ago we went to Paris using Air Berlin. We landed at Orly Airport and we took bus 183 to Porte de Choisy. From there we took a tram to Stade charlety. You just need a single ticket to perform this trip.
Then we walked to Ibis Hotel nearby Gentily. The bus is very cheap less than 2 euro and bring us from Zone 4 to Zone 1. The next day we bought a Mobilis day ticket to Disneyland.
We avoided the Orly bus as it will me more costly to travel to Gentily. In 2013 a tram line 7 from the airport is open to Villejuif.
Basically from the airport you have the option of taking local bus, Orlyval, Orlybus, shuttle bus to RER C Ponte de Rungis and Tram line 7.

What is happening to MAS
I never took Mas before. So far only took firefly. Currently Mas is partnering with Emirates for long haul flights to middle East, Europe and Africa.
However for the average Malaysian we can assume that they will also have the choice of flying via changi and bkk via one stop transit or direct using aax.
